  1. Nutrition is everywhere these days! I saw this on ABC news yesterday and thought it was important enough to put on my blog. It can be tricky buying whole grain products with all of the misleading claims on packages. Just remember to always check your food labels to look for the whole grain as the first ingredient and look for at least 3 grams of fiber per serving (again, look at the ingredient list to make sure you're getting your fiber from the whole grain and not added by the manufacturers - see article for examples).
